When it comes to leaving the EU

I said lots of things that were untrue

I made up tales to make you vote to leave.
And now I’m stuck with all my lies

As we struggle to say goodbye

Some colleagues are disingenuous

But I think that goes for all of us

We haven’t got a clue what’s going on.
Those dastardly chaps in Europe

Are running rings around us
